I'm looking for a professional flat mate as I own a lifestyle block 25 minutes drive north of the Base Te Rapa, Hamilton. Great country outlook and plenty of space to put your feet up after a hard days work in the city. Dogs ok, if they are stock/chicken friendly (outside dog only). I travel a lot for work so would be great to have someone home during the week. As I've recently purchased the house I am going to be working on renovations including painting and general renovations; therefore the house is fully insulated including underfloor; it also has a ventilation system which is constantly running so real cool in the summer and transfers heat in the winter from the fire.
